    - OLD ANTIBES
Departure from the Antibes Tourist Office, 2 rue Fontvieille. Come discover, on foot, the fascinating history of the city of Antibes, a city founded by the Greeks and developed by the Romans, which became a veritable fortified frontier town under Henry IV and Louis XIV.
You'll appreciate the beauty of its medieval village, its seaside ramparts, its Provençal market, its famous Vauban port, and its flowery Safranier district.
Tour duration: 1.5 to 2 hours

    - JUAN LES PINS, FROM THE BELLE EPOQUE TO THE ROARING TWENTIES
Departure from the Juan-les-Pins Tourist Office, Palais des Congrès, 60 chemin des Sables.
A discovery of the resort's history, from its creation in the 19th century to the present day. You'll admire the hidden beauties of Juan-les-Pins, which already captivated Maupassant and Monet during their stays on the coast: the Belle Époque villas and their lush gardens, the palaces and dance halls of the Roaring Twenties and the celebrities who frequented them, the Pinède Gould and its jazz stars...
Tour duration: 1.5 to 2 hours

    - THE PAINTERS' ROUTE
Departure from the Antibes Tourist Office, 2 rue Fontvieille.
Learn to love Antibes through the eyes of the various artists who lived or stayed there and who painted the city and its landscapes. Thanks to reproductions installed on the very sites where the originals were created, you'll follow in the footsteps of these artists and understand their fascination with the unique light and magical colors of the Côte d'Azur. Tour duration: 1.5 to 2 hours

NATURE WALK ON THE COASTAL PATH
Warning: Steep path extending over a 5 km loop. Hiking shoes, a water bottle, and sunscreen are recommended.
    Departure from La Garoupe Beach
"Discover with a guide the landscapes, viewpoints, and remarkable species of the Tire-Poil trail. Sea lavender, Jupiter's beard, common tern... evocative names that indicate the natural richness of the Mediterranean coastline of this little corner of paradise. You will encounter native and exotic plants and learn to respect the protected species found on Cap d'Antibes.
A naturalist, educational, fun, and sporty activity for the whole family!"
