  • I transmit my passion for wine and gastronomy through my selections of different French wine region. When I taste a wine the important thing for me is that it is expressive and that it provides an emotion whatever the appellation, wines of France, IGP, AOP or classified raw.

    Beyond the wines in the three colors, I propose :
    • Champagnes in family estates: Georges Vesselle grand cru in Bouzy and Alain Navarre whose Prestige cuvée was tasted at the wedding of George Clooney. La Maison De Venoge in Epernay. And a headliner is Veuve Clicquot’s «reserve cuvée».
    • whiskies from Japan, Scotland, Ireland and France including BM Signature and Aymeric Roborel de Climens.
    • PDO Rums from Martinique, Panama, Réunion, Guyana, Arranged, Filtered or Fruit Rum
    • Cognacs, Armagnacs, Calvados, Tequila, Vodka, Pisco and Cachaça.
    • Eau de vie and liqueurs in about 20 scents.
    • craft beers from southern France, Carpentras, Gonfaron, Saint-Martin Vésubie.

    I am delighted to introduce local producers: wines from the Barbossi estate in Mandelieu, Pastis de Nice, Le Galet Gin niçois with basil, Rums from the Atelier Tue Diable in Nice, Rums from the Ricci family in Mougins, liqueurs and wines from the Lérins Abbey.
    I complete my offer with delicacies, old plum chocolate, griottines, babas and canelés with plum brandy. A few rillettes and sea mousses to accompany a convivial and gourmet aperitif.
    Finally I propose some essential accessories, sommelier, corks, bottle coolers, wine aerator, jugs and glasses.
    My passion for wine and gastronomy allows me to direct my advice on food and wine pairings. I continue my training with a young sommelier as passionate as he is talented. There is so much to discover, I never cease to enrich my knowledge.
    Every month I organize free wine or spirits tastings in the cellar, animated by the winemaker, the producer or his agent.
